Training With Systema Perth
The objective is to facilitate self-actualization through the learning process of the physical, psychological, and survival skills that are offered by the Russian Martial Art system.
Clothing
There are no uniforms. Sweatpants and t-shirt or any comfortable street clothing is recommended.
Class Size
Systema Perth is a small training group, with numbers varying from session to session. Class size can vary from 2 per night to 10 per night.
Who Can Train
Systema is ideal for people with no martial arts background and is an excellent complementary skill set for soldiers and officers in law enforcement and security, as well as for experienced fighters of any martial arts background.
Age
Due to the nature and level of training, the minimum age is strictly 18 years. Underaged individuals must contact us prior to attending the introductory class.
